At the age of 12, David started sculpting with Albert Nathan Mamvura as his mentor. David is one of the founders of Chitungwiza Arts Centre. He tries to use humor and simplicity in his work. David is an enthusiastic artist and wants to help young artists to develop sculpting skills. Sculpting is a dream come trough for David.
David has work at the Zimbabwe National Gallery and the Nhukutuku Gallery in Zimbabwe. World wide art of David is found in galleries and private collections.

Expositions:
- In 1992 and 1996 Mobile Annual Exhibition.
- Expo 2000 Germany.

He is working at Chitungwiza Arts Centre.
